"The adventures of Tom Sawyer" Chapter1~Chapter4

 Chapter 1

<Story Summary>

Tom lives with his aunt, Polly and his young brother, Sidney. Tom is naughty, therefore, Polly often get angry at Tom. Sidney knows how to not get angry by Polly, and also he do not cause some troubles like Tom. Therefore, it can be said he has the complete opposite personality to Tom. As mentioned above, he is naughty. Therefore, in this chapter, he argumented with someone who does not even know the name.

<Impression>

This chapter was about basic information, therefore, I could understand easily. However, in this novel, the point of view often change. I thought it is the cause of confusion.


Chapter 2

<Story Summary>

Tom often played hookey, so Polly ordered him to paint the fence. Actually, Tom did not want to paint that. Therefore, he happily paints the fence, urges his friends to paint, and make his friends paint in exchange for a thank-you gift. The reason why is that if he does that, he could spend time comfortably without painting that.

<Impression>

It was interesting because it was written in detail about the thank-you gift. However, the story speed was pretty slowly in this chapter. And also, I was confused because the story goes on without explanation about the character.


Chapter 3

<Story Summary>

After painted the fence, Tom was praised by Polly unusually. After that, he fell love in the girl in the yard of the classmate, Jeff Thatcher house at first sight. He had the girl friend named Amy, but he forgot her and fell love in her. 

<Impression>

In this chapter, since there are many depictions of love, there were many metaphorical expressions. As a result, it caused confusingness. In addition, I thought that the setting that he had a girlfriend would lead to his image down.


Chapter 4

<Story Summary>

If they can recite a poem, they can get a ticket. And, they can receive the Bible according to the number of tickets. Tom exchanged tickets for the gifts he got when painting and continued to exchange as many as he could. Amy was proud and glad of what he did, so she tried to see him. However, he did not try to make eye contact with her. She wondered why he did not look at her. However,  she understood the reason of he did not look at her, and she was disappointed.

<Impression>

It was difficult to read the scene related to ticket exchange because its scene was complicated. And also, I was confused because the story changed.

I made guts pose when I heard Friday's class had not presentation. Certainly, I practiced many times for the presentation, however, I was really nervous.  Today our class learn about Blogger. Blogger can write blog.Almost user write blog about their undergo,diary and daily life. However,We are able to write reflection.According Mr. Rab, I learn how to write reflection,what to write that. Blogger application can change theme. We can choose many theme.For example, simple ,sea ,and picture window. I chose sea theme.  We must write reflection about every class. Many student think "Oh,It's very troublesome.""I don't want to write." How do we write an effective essay? We learn about how to write an essay from last week's class. At first, we checked an essay ourselves. As basic knowledge, we hadn't better use personal pronounce, contraction and so on.  Yesterday class, we learn about how to write an introduction. I learn about that for the first time. We didn't write the introduction when yesterday yet, so we wrote it today. In the first-class of teaching about an essay by Mr. Paterson, We learn that our own section has to write three paragraphs and should connect the former section topic and next section topic.
